How do I contact the volunteer coordinator?
Please submit a Guest Services ticket.
Where is my coupon/discount code for this year?
Starting with CLAW 23, volunteer registration no longer requires a coupon. Depending on how many volunteers shift you are willing and able to perform, volunteers pay a discounted rate. If you choose three (3) shifts, the fee is $1. If you choose two (2) shifts, the fee is about 1/3 the attendee registration cost. Either way, please pay with your credit card when you check out. If you fail to show up for your shifts, CLAW may charge you up to a full attendee package price and disallow future volunteer registrations.
If I did not complete my shift last year, may I volunteer again?
If you did not fulfill your volunteer responsibilities last year, be aware that we are now enforcing fees to people that do not check in and check out of assigned shifts.
What are recruited (staff or talent) volunteers?
How many and how long are the volunteer shifts?
Volunteers must perform either 2 or 3 shifts. On average, shifts are 4 hours long; however, some shifts are longer or shorter than that. During registration, you will pick the shifts you want and will know ahead of time how long your total shift time will be.
