Space is limited
Price
- $250 per space. Spaces are approx. 64 square feet - most spaces are 8' x 7' to accommodate more vendors in the space.
- Vendor Fee includes complimentary electrical and use of 6' table and two chairs.
- Vendor fee includes two Leather Thanksgiving registrations (retail $249 each). Separate codes will be provided for Crew members to register for their weekend packages.
- Vendors renting multiple spaces receive one additional Leather Thanksgiving registration for each additional space.
- $100 donation will be used as prizes and/or sold in the silent auction. Your donations help raise much needed funds for our benefactors.
Deadlines
- Application Deadline: October 15, 2024. Do not delay — space is limited and varied... first come, first serve.
- Returning CLAW Vendors
Applications received by October 1, 2024 will receive priority access to space, but space is limited and applications will be approved in the order received. - NEW CLAW Vendors
New vendor applications that are paid in full, will be processed beginning October 2, 2024. First come, first serve.
Hours, Set-Up, and Tear Down
- Check-In and Set-up: Tuesday 10am-10pm and Wednesday 10am-10pm. Set-up must be completed by Noon on Thursday.
- Vending Hours (Subject to change): Thursday Noon-8pm, Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 11am-5pm.
- Tear Down must be complete by Sunday at 10pm.
Accommodations and Parking
- Accommodations: Host hotel (Hotel Indigo) rooms are limited so please book your room quickly. Please use this link to book your room Host Hotel Accommodations.
- Loading Dock and parking information will be sent with payment confirmation. Limited hotel rooms available at the Hotel Indigo so don't delay in booking your room.
