Al-Anon/Narc-Anon Meeting Facilitator
CLAW would like to offer meetings throughout the weekend for people who seek out this type of help in an environment where alcohol is accessible.
CLAW is looking for a Meeting Host/Leader for the event. The job will consist of 6 meetings throughout the weekend. The chosen candidate will work with the Director of Guest Services to schedule an evening meeting on Thursday, a morning and evening meeting on Friday and Saturday and an afternoon meeting on Sunday.
The right candidate will have experience in attending or facilitating Al-Anon or Narc-Anon Meetings.
The chosen candidate will receiver a weekend volunteer package with access to the volunteer hospitality suite.

TIME: 6 X 1hr meetings
ASL Department Supervisor/Recruiter
DESCRIPTION: Before Event: Recruit ASL interpreters to attend and volunteer at the event.
During Event;organize and manage volunteers making sure all major events are covered.

TIMES: 10a-9p daily as needed
Cigar Deck Supervisor
DESCRIPTION: Work with Sponsors & Executive Director to Create a welcoming environment in the Cigar Deck area. You MUST like Cigar smoke! Set up and Tear down and monitor clean up through out the weekend. This is ideal for someone who will want to spend most of their time in that area.

Circle of Life Supervisor
DESCRIPTION: Circle of Life is a casual ceremony to honor Members of the Leather community. CLAW is looking for someone who can work with the Events Coordinator & planning team, to arrange and host a memorial and celebration of life.

TIMES: Pre-Event and approx 1hr during the event
$1 Volunteer package with 2 more volunteer shifts.
CLAW Store Supervisor Team
DESCRIPTION: Work with a Team of supervisors that may include Raffle, Sales and Merchandising Supervisors, to set up and operate the claw store and other retail areas.

First Timers Programming Supervisor
DESCRIPTION: Work with the Events Coordinator to plan a New Attendee social as well as other content to help welcome and make new attendees comfortable

IT Supervisor
DESCRIPTION: Work with Executive Director, Guest Services Coordinator, Skills & Ed Coordinator and Event Coordinator to determine IT Needs for the event. Help with set up, and maintenance of the IT components of the event. Work with the Systems Coordinator before the event to help assess needs and gain information

Kinky Kabaret Team
DESCRIPTION: Specialty Recruited Volunteers Work with the Director to support the needs of productng the show. May include AV, stage direction, backstage help

Play Space Supervisor
DESCRIPTION: Work with the Events Coordinator and the Play space Sponsors to Set up and make sure the spaces are safe and fun. Responsible for training, monitoring and checking in any related staff such as DM's, coat check and badge check. Late Nights are required

Silent Auction Team
DESCRIPTION: Work with a Team of Supervisors to ensure the Silent Auction runs smoothly. Team includes Front of House, Intake, and Online Supervisors. Responsible for training and monitoring volunteer teams.

SPA Manager
DESCRIPTION: Recruit and Vet potential RMT to raise money for CLAW via Massage appointments. Introduce and train RMT's on scheduling App. Work with Operations Officer & Graphic designers to create Marketing for individual RMT
