Space is limited
Price: $360 per space, plus a merchandise donation of your choice to the CLAW Silent Auction. Price includes free electrical, free WI-FI, and use of 6' table and two chairs. Vendors also receive two weekend registrations for the first space and one registration per each additional space. Contact Ron Kautz and Bob Miller for additional registration details.
Spaces: VendorMart will be on two floors of the host hotel for CLAW 18, the Westin Cleveland Downtown, with the majority being in the large ballroom. Single spaces are 64 square feet or approximately 8' x 8'.
Application Deadline: Application deadline March 15, 2017. Do not delay — space is limited and varied...first come, first served.
Returning Vendors: Vendors who put down a deposit during CLAW 17 will receive early registration and pay CLAW 17 booth rates. Other vendors who were part of CLAW 17 but did not pay the deposit are given priority over new vendors, provided we receive their application by December 15, 2017 and full payment by February 1, 2018.
About CLAW 18 Weekend for Vendors
Your Donations to the CLAW Silent Auction: The price of vendor space at CLAW is kept low thanks to your merchandise donations to the CLAW Silent Auctions, which raised more than $15,000 for our charities in 2017. Donations may also be used for raffles or other fundraising events at CLAW. You must make a merchandise donation as part of your vendor payment.
You decide what merchandise to donate. Some vendors prefer a guideline for "how much" to donate. To those vendors we suggest donations with a retail value of $75 per vendor space rented. More generous merchandise donations to CLAW gratefully accepted.
The CLAW 18 vendor items will be prominently displayed within the Silent Auction. We appreciate donations of merchandise already being sold by you: we like having the opportunity to help promote your business, and welcome your ideas on how best to do that.
Merchandise donations may be sent in advance to our Deputy Executive Director: Ron Kautz, 6814 High Perch Dr., North Ridgeville, OH 44039, with a detailed description including the retail value, or delivered during Vendor Check-In on April 27-28. CLAW Corp. is a 501(c)(3) charity and all donations to the CLAW Silent Auction are tax deductible. Thank you.
Check-In and Set-up: Thursday 10am-10pm and Friday 8am-Noon. Set-up must be completed by Noon on Friday.
CLAW 18 Vending Hours: Friday Noon-7pm, Saturday 11am-6pm, and Sunday 11am-3pm. No sales before the VendorMart officially opens at Noon on Friday.
Tear Down: Tear down must be complete by Sunday at 6pm.
Loading Dock: Single loading dock on E. 6th St. We will contact vendors to arrange load in schedule once registration is closed.
Parking: The hotel has no free on site parking. There is valet at the hotel and nearby parking garages for smaller vehicles. We will contact vendors with additional parking options once registration is closed.
Tables: Price includes use of a 6' conference table for each space. Additional 6' tables are available for $10 each.
Electrical: Outlets will be provided. Please let us know in advance if you require electricity so we can assign booth space accordingly.
Telephone/DSL Lines: A limited number of phone lines are available at $50/weekend; and DSL lines at $200/weekend. Both must be ordered in advance.
Wireless Internet: Free High Speed WI-FI Internet is available throughout the hotel.
Accommodations: Rooms at the Westin are $164/night and include two queen or one king bed. Rooms are almost sold out so please book today through our website or by calling 216-771-7700 if you want to stay in the hotel where the VendorMart is located.
