- Through October 1, 2023: 100% refund.
- After October 1, 2023, No refund eligible, but 100% of price may be applied to a future CLAW VendorMart in Cleveland or Los Angeles.
- Checks that do not clear processing by CLAW's bank for insufficient funds or any other reason will result in the cancellation of the vendor's registration and assessment of a $40 service fee.
- Vendors are responsible for payment of all state sales taxes.
- By completing a CLAW Vendor Mart Registration Form, I certify that my business, employees and helpers will abide by all of the rules and regulations imposed by the host hotel, local fire officials and law enforcement agencies, and those imposed by CLAW Corp. for all attendees.
- Violation of any of the rules established by CLAW Corp. may be grounds for removal from this event without any reimbursement of fees paid.
