Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
August 9, 2020

Due to the continuing global pandemic, we have reluctantly determined that we will not be able to hold our event in November. CLAW 20 has been cancelled. We are hopeful that the widespread distribution of a vaccine will come in time for CLAW 21 to be held on April 22-25, 2021. Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
March 17, 2020

We are excited to announce that CLAW 20 has been rescheduled to November 19-22, 2020.

We are still in the process of migrating everyone’s reservations, registrations, and deposits. We will be sharing more information in the next day or two regarding this process. At this time we ask that you do not reach out to the hotels to ask for changes or cancellations, as they are working hard to help us get everything setup and moved over.

Thank you again for your patience and support. Please stay tuned for further updates!

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update
March 15, 2020

This evening the CDC updated their recommendation that large gatherings and events of 50 or more people be cancelled or postponed for the next 8 weeks.

In light of this development and in the interest of the health and well-being of our community, CLAW has made the difficult decision to postpone CLAW 20 until the Fall. We are working closely with our host hotels and other venues to ensure that our attendees are still able to have the same experience that we planned for this April. We are in the process of signing new contracts and expect to announce our new dates in the next few days.

We are working with the hotels to transfer existing reservations and deposits to the new dates, and we will be doing the same with everyone's CLAW 20 registration - whether you are an attendee, volunteer, educator, or vendor, rest assured that we are working to make this process as painless as possible for you.

We appreciate your patience as we finish signing contracts and migrating everyone's registrations and reservations. You do not need to worry about cancelling your registration (or host hotel reservation) at this time. We will be providing an easy process for cancellations/changes and refunds for anyone who is unable to attend CLAW 20 in the Fall, or needs to adjust their plans.

Thank you again for your patience and support. Please stay tuned for more exciting updates very soon!

CLAW Corp is keeping a close watch on the developing story of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and gathering new information daily. At this time, CLAW 20 will take place as scheduled from April 23-26, 2020.

We are following the procedures recommended by the World Health Organization, the National Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as state and local health authorities. If you have been in a high-risk area during the past 2 weeks or have any symptoms of the COVID-19 infection, we ask that you stay away. Similarly, if you have any significant lung disease or are in poor health generally, we ask that you stay home as a precaution.

For those who attend, we will have information about the virus and extra hand sanitizers available at all event locations. We are planning a great event, and look forward to welcoming you and sending you home healthy.

If the situation changes based on new information from any of the aforementioned health agencies, we will promptly update you on our website and our social media platforms.
