Jeroen Van Lievenoogen
Jeroen Van Lievenoogen is a Belgium-based producer and entrepreneur in the leather community.
Born in Maaseik, Belgium on on February 2, 1982, Van Lievenoogen earned a degree as an architectural draftsman (2000) and master's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design (2004).
Van Lievenoogen was introduced to the kink scene of Antwerp at famous Belgium bar The Boots, where be began working in 2004. He later became manager and co-owner in 2008, until leaving in 2010 to fully focus on his own business. He was an organizer of BLUF meetings at The Boots from 2008 until 2010.
In 2010, Van Lievenoogen organized the first Leatherpride in Belgium, which has grown exponentially in attendance in the years since. He has made giving back to the community a centerpiece of Leatherpride Belgium. With the X-Awards, Van Lievenoogen puts people, brands and products that have made a valuable contribution to the community in the spotlight. In 2010, Van Lievenoogen produced the first Mr. Leather Belgium contest. In 2015 he produced the first Mr Puppy EU contest. He later facilitates the rebirth of Mr Rubber Europe and the very first European Bootblack contest at his event Darklands.
Van Lievenoogen published the Cerebral fetish agenda magazine from 2011 till 2018. In 2018 he launched Alphatribe magazine to bring original fetish content to the community.
Van Lievenoogen was married to his partner Serge in 2013, and lives in the city of diamonds, Antwerp.
