DESCRIPTION: Work with the Events Coordinator to schedule, plan and run 12 Step meetings for Sober Attendees

DESCRIPTION: Before Event: Recruit ASL interpreters to attend and volunteer at the event.
During Event;organize and manage volunteers making sure all major events are covered.

TIMES: 10a-9p daily as needed

DESCRIPTION: Works with the AV Supervisor at event to set up and monitor the AV equipment events and education. You will be spending time through out the event as needed by the AV Department.

TIMES: On Call as needed throughout the event. Heavy time commitment

DESCRIPTION: Work with Sponsors & Executive Director to Create a welcoming environment in the Cigar Deck area. You MUST like Cigar smoke! Set up and Tear down and monitor clean up through out the weekend. This is ideal for someone who will want to spend most of their time in that area.

TIMES: Open 24hrs, should be prepared to spend most of your time there

DESCRIPTION: Work with a Team of supervisors that may include Raffle, Sales and Merchandising Supervisors, to set up and operate the claw store and other retail areas.

TIMES: 8hrs +/day moderate time commmitment

DESCRIPTION: Specialty Recruited Volunteers Work with the Director to support the needs of productng the show. May include AV, stage direction, backstage help

DESCRIPTION: Work with the Event Coordinator and the Play space Sponsors to Set up and make sure the spaces are safe and fun. Responsible for training, monitoring and checking in any related staff such as DM's, coat check and badge check. Late Nights are required

TIME: 8-12 hrs/day

DESCRIPTION: Work with a Team of Supervisors to ensure the OnLine Auction runs smoothly. Team includes Front of House, Intake. Responsible for training and monitoring volunteer teams.

TIMES: 8hr+ shifts between 9a-9p. Heavy time commitment

DESCRIPTION: Recruit and Vet potential RMT to raise money for CLAW via Massage appointments. Introduce and train RMT's on scheduling App. Work with Operations Officer & Graphic designers to create Marketing for individual RMT

TIMES: Pre-event & As required throughout the weekend. Moderate time commitment during event.
