Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

At the Time of Booking

One night’s room rate and applicable taxes will be charged immediately. This deposit is nonrefundable.

A valid CLAW account is required when the hotel reservation is made. Reservations made by individuals who do not have a valid CLAW account are subject to cancellation.

You may purchase your CLAW Package at a later date, provided that you register for CLAW no later than 60 days before the event.

60 Days Before CLAW: Registration Required

Anyone holding a CLAW hotel reservation must have a valid registration to attend CLAW no later than 60 days before the event. CLAW will verify hotel reservations against attendee registrations.

If the reservation holder is not registered to attend CLAW by the 60-day deadline, the hotel reservation will be canceled and the one-night deposit will be forfeited.

Until 30 Days Before CLAW

Reservations may be canceled, but the one-night room-and-tax deposit will be forfeited.

30 Days Before CLAW: Remaining Balance Due

The hotel will automatically charge the remaining balance for the reservation.

Within 30 Days of CLAW

The reservation is completely nonrefundable.

CLAW Account and Registration Verification

CLAW hotel accommodations are reserved exclusively for registered CLAW attendees. CLAW reserves the right to verify account and registration status and to cancel any hotel reservation that does not meet these requirements.
