About Us & Charitable Mission
CLAW Corp (Cleveland Leather Annual Weekend) is a 501(c)(3) national charity dedicated to the advancement, education, and celebration of adult leather and kink communities. We are organized by, of, and for the leather community and committed to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces.
Who We Are
Founded in 2002, CLAW is one of the largest leather and kink non-profit organizations in the world. We produce one major annual event: CLAW each April in Columbus, Ohio. Our mission includes:
- Promote adult leather, fetish, and BDSM interests as natural and healthy
- Support peer-to-peer education and mentorship
- Create events that reflect and uplift the diversity of our community
What We Do
CLAW hosts immersive, educational events with over 100 workshops annually, hands-on kink demonstrations, world-class VendorMarts, socials, health & wellness services, and inclusive community programming. We provide:
- Volunteer opportunities and mentorship
- Professional CEUs through CARAS and expert panels
- Art shows in partnership with Tom of Finland Foundation
Our Charitable Impact
As a nonprofit, CLAW Corp is driven by our commitment to giving back:
- Nearly $1,000,000 donated to over 200 LGBTQ+, HIV/AIDS, and leather-related charities
- CLAW Nation fundraising events held in 70+ cities nationwide
- Art shows in partnership with Tom of Finland Foundation
